Bravida Finland acquires Dimesko Oy
Bravida Finland acquires the company Dimesko Oy, thereby strengthening its position in heating and plumbing in southern Finland. Dimesko company has sales of approximately EUR 10.3 million and employs around 40 people.
Dimesko Oy works with installing plumbing, HVAC and automation systems in residential, office and commercial properties.
Mergertum acted as the seller's advisor in the arrangement.
