Afire Oy aquired by Habeo Group
Afire Oy has been bought and merged into Habeo Group, whose main owner is the investment company Trtion. In the initial phase, the Habeo group is formed by the amalgamation of eight different companies offering real estate and building technology services.
Afire implements extinguishing solutions throughout Finland, with operations focused on the Southern Finland region. Afire Oy's turnover was 10.5 million euros in 2022.
Mergertum acted as the seller's advisor in the arrangement.
