Admicom Oyj aquired Aitio Finland and Hillava
Admicom Oyj bought the majority of the share capital from Aitio Finland oy and the entire share capital from Hillava oy.
Founded in 2007, Aitio Finland provides development services for customized software solutions, as well as related integration and maintenance services, mobile applications and cloud service solutions.
Hillava develops and markets a cloud-based enterprise resource planning system, especially for planning and directing field work. Hillava product development was started in 2014 as part of Aitio Finland's business.
