Admicom Oyj aquired PlanMan Oy

Admicom bought PlanMan Oy, Finland's leading scheduling software provider in the construction industry. PlanMan, founded in 2008, develops scheduling and project management software aimed specifically at operators in the construction industry. PlanMan and Admicom's subsidiary Tocoman have been working closely together for more than 10 years in the development of Tocoman's Schedule software.

Mergertum acted as the buyer's advisor in the arrangement.
