Admicom Oyj bought the entire share capital of Kotopro Oy, which specializes in document management software solutions. Kotopro Oy's business and services will continue unchanged with the sale. The total value of the arrangement is 15.3 million euros. Kotopro Oy is a Finnish company that offers documentation software for the construction and real estate industry, founded in 2010.
