Pohjois-Suomen Sähkö aquired by Kontaktor
Oy Kontaktor ab bought the entire share capital of Pohjois-Suomen elektro oy.
Pohjois-Suomen elektro is a family company whose roots go back to 1921. After the sale, the company will continue to operate as an independent company in the Seinäjoki economic area with 31 professionals.
Kontaktor, which has been in operation for over 50 years, is a successful electrical company from Vaasa, which employs 25 people and has a turnover of around four million euros. Kontaktor belongs to the Vetel energia oy group.
Mergertum acted as the seller's advisor in the arrangement.
