Sähkö-Buumi Oy joined Instalco Group
Instalco strengthened its position in electrical installations in Finland by acquiring Sähkö-Buumi Oy. Sähkö-Buumi is an electrical installation company founded in 1992 and based in Helsinki. The company specialises in electrical installation work in conjunction with apartment renovations. Mergertum acted as Sähkö-Buumi's advisor in the transaction.
Instalco is a Nordic group with representation in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The group has sales of approx. SEK 4 billion and it employs some 2 000 people. Instalco is listed in Nasdaq Stockholm.
