IVK-Tuote Oy has been acquired by Lindab Group

Swedish Lindab Group has acquired IVK-Tuote Oy. With the transaction IVK-Tuote has become a subsidiary in Lindab Group. No changes will be made in the leadership or employees of IVK-Tuote.

IVK-Tuote is especially known for its strong know-how in ventilation noise reduction. The company employs 55 people and the total revenue in 2009 was EUR 6,1 million.
