Suomen talotekniikka expanded in Etelä-Savo

Suomen Talotekniikka has acquired majority of Pieksän LVI-Palvelu Oy's shares. The company's former owners will remain in the company as minority shareholders.

Pieksän LVI-Palvelu has been founded in 1985, its revenue is around EUR 3 million and it employs 20 people. Suomen Talotekniikka's Chairman of the Board Arto Turunen will act as the CEO of the company after the transaction.
