Sähköpeko Group strengthens its operations by acquiring Kiinteistötekniikka KS Kitek Oy from Sähkö-Kaunisto Oy. Kitek's CEO Veli-Markku Nieminen has been appointed as the Group's managing director and CEO of Sähköpeko Oy. With the transaction the revenue and operating profit of the Group totals EUR 58 million and EUR 2,6 million respectively, and the Group employs over 400 people.
